Abstract

Penerapan E-goverment bagi birokrasi pemerintah merupakan harapan dalam menciptakan pelayanan publik yang baik. Oleh karena itu untuk menciptakan pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo menciptakan sebuah inovasi pelayanan publik yaitu aplikasi Klampid. Munculnya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus berbagai surat menyurat. Akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan terhadap pelaksanaan aplikasi Klampid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi aplikasi Klampid dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi inovasi aplikasi Klampid. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Kata kunci : Pelayanan publik, Inovasi, Aplikasi Klampid

Abstract

Tourism development in an area must be given more attention because tourism development will determine the future of tourism itself and for the welfare of the surrounding community. Telaga Arwana Cibubur is a tourist destination located on Jalan Jamboree RT.05/RW.06, Harjamukti, Cimanggis. Telaga Arwana Cibubur is a tourist attraction that presents a beautiful rural atmosphere in the middle of a metropolitan city, still requires special attention and the need for a strategy for tourism development. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Telaga Arwana Cibubur tourist destination, then from the results of the analysis that has been done, a strategy will be formulated for the development of the Telaga Arwana Cibubur tourist destination. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the data will be analyzed descriptively, then to determine the strategy for developing tourism destinations for Telaga Arwana Cibubur, it is carried out by using a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Data will be collected through literature study, observation and by conducting interviews. The final result of this research is a strategy for the development of Eretan Jumharto Beach tourist destinations in order to develop better and be able to compete with other tourist objects

Abstract

Bogor city tourism has a variety of tourist objects that become tourist attractions' favorite places in local communities and outside the region, especially the tourist attractions of the Indonesian Safari Park. The number of tourist attractions in the city of Bogor has become a distinctive form of Bogor and is widely known to the public, even not a few foreigners come to travel. Tourism is a sector that contributes well to the Indonesian economy. So, it needs a planned and structured tourism development effort to realize the 4.0 tourism industry in Bogor city tourism. Therefore, e-marketing or digital marketing is needed as a form of embodiment. Based on these problems, this study was conducted to explain how to implement e-marketing properly and analyze the tourism potential in the city of Bogor with the application of e-marketing. The research method used is the qualitative research method. Collecting data in this study are visitor distribution data based on information media sources and data on the use of social media as marketing media in 2019. The results of this study can show the effect of the implementation of e-marketing on the realization of tourism 4.0.

Abstract

Indonesia occupies the second position in Asia and seventh in the world in the category of the largest country which has 1/3 of the land area and the ocean with 2/3 of the total area. There are thousands of islands in Indonesia with exotic sea charms that make it possible to have diverse natural tourism potential, and one type of tourism that Indonesia has is Marine Tourism. Therefore, this study aims to identify the potential for marine tourism owned by Sangiang Island, Banten. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, using survey and interview techniques. The analytical method used is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results of this study indicate that marine tourism on Sangiang Island, Banten has the potential to become a tourist destination that can attract many visitors. However, this potential still has many obstacles that need to be managed and rearranged professionally in order to attract more tourists to visit. The local community of Sangiang Island, Banten still really needs both capital and moral support from the government to support the development of tourism there.

Abstract

A marketing communication strategy is a strategy in conveying certain information to consumers about the products offered either directly or indirectly. Marketing communication strategies in a tourism destination have many benefits in their application such as increasing the number of visitors and seeing the effectiveness of promotions in the area, with this research can also find out the effectiveness of the use of marketing communications in the Angke Kapuk Nature Tourism Park area. This research began in July 2022 until it was completed. This research was conducted in the Mangrove Natural Tourism area, North Jakarta. As for the resource persons, namely the key information, namely the employees, managers of the Angke Kapuk Tourism area and visitors to the Angke Kapuk Nature Tourism Park. Data is obtained by the method of interviewing the manager.

Abstract

Taman Margasatwa Ragunan merupakan Kebun Binatang pertama di Indonesia yang mempunyai berbagai jenis satwa dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri tidak heran jika Taman Margasatwa Ragunan menjadi destinasi yang selalu ramai dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan khususnya oleh para pelajar dan mahasiswa. Dalam mengetahui upaya program yang telah berjalan, tahapan pengembangan program, strategi evaluasi, dan penyempurnaan konsep di Taman Margasatwa Ragunan. Maka perlu adanya kebijakan-kebijakan pendidikan dalam menerapkan sistem wisata edukasi dengan baik agar pelaksanaan program wisata edukasi di Taman Margasatwa Ragunan bisa berkembang secara efektif agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang semakin beredukatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data yang diambil adalah data primer, dimana data primer diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara kepada narasumber yang telah ditentukan yaitu dengan staff Taman Margasatwa Ragunan mengenai pengembangan wisata edukasi yang diterapkan dan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Taman Margasatwa Ragunan yaitu, berupa sejarah Taman Margasatwa Ragunan, wisata edukasi, dan visi-misi.

Abstract

Tripadvisor is used not only as a platform to find and book hotels but also as a comparison material before buying, reviews written for a hotel will greatly influence the decisions of potential guests. One of the hotels that received the majority of Excellent ratings is Oakwood Residence Cikarang. This research has several stages, the first is called the Preprocessing stage. The second stage is to use the TF-IDF method, namely to do word weighting, the last stage is to classify the data using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The test results related to sentiment analysis at Oakwood Residence Cikarang with the K-NN algorithm get an average accuracy of k = 3 of 90%.

Abstract

Destinas wisata museum di Tengah Kebun ini merupaka museum yang banyak menyimpan koleksi sejarah dari ratusan tahun yang lalu . penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian kelengkapan Fasilitas , sarana dan prasaran yang ada di museum tersebut . metode ini menggunkan metode Queantitative dengan pendekatan menggunkan peneyabaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden dengan menggunkan uji kelayakan model, uji asumsi kelasik serta uji regrasi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa varaiabel Fasilitas , Sarana ,dan Prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan .

Abstract

The Jakarta Maritime Museum is one of the Dutch archeology in the VOC era, has two main buildings that have two different functions during trade in Sunda Kelapa port. Until now, the building is still very sturdy and preserved, including the collections in it, both original and replica items. In 2018 the maritime museum began to develop digital tourism by creating a museum partner website “Jakarta Maritime Museum” and developed it into digital smart tourism with programs that carry historical and cultural education. The purpose of this research is to identify the development of Digital Smart Tourism at the Jakarta Maritime Museum in this era 4.0 . In this study, the author uses a qualitative research methods by conducting observations, interviews with museum management staff and SWOT analysis technique

Abstract

Located in Subang Regency, Sari Ater is a major tourist attraction. Subang Regency's tourism potential is also supported by good accessibility and transportation infrastructure. In conducting a descriptive study of the object of writing, the author uses a qualitative method, which is suitable for searching the social and communication fields in particular. To better understand the psychological aspects, behavior, attitudes, responses, opinions, feelings, and desires of a person or group. The results of this study, the strategy of messaging the content of communication information regarding rates, prices, services, and facilities is delivered based on health protocols. The creative form of the message is conveyed in the form of a rational and emotional message. In the media strategy, Sari Ater selects social media, then chooses Instagram as a means of marketing communication. Sari Ater determines the best time and location to share messages with the audience so that it becomes a gap to attract consumers. In the conclusion of this study, there is a change in the marketing communication strategy on Instagram owned by Sari Ater hotels & resorts.
